Thank you for choosing Kastle Fireplace. For over 25 years, our company has specialized in the installation and repairs of gas fireplaces. We have an extensive service background and work on a vast range of new and discontinued fireplace models.

Service Call

The service call provides cleaning as required to diagnose and service the condition causing the fireplace to malfunction. Please have the manual available to facilitate the service of your fireplace. Lost or missing manuals are frequently available on the internet or may be available for purchase through Kastle Fireplace.

Our technicians come prepared for the job with a large inventory of parts at hand. If a return visit is required, you pay only the cost of the part and the labour to install the part. Should your fireplace require replacement, we have a policy where we will give you a credit for the service call towards the new one, provided the new fireplace is purchased from us.

Service Call Price List:

• $189.00 for service call including first half hour labour
• $45.00 per additional half hour labour required
• $219.00 for service call on multi-sided fireplaces
• Parts required at additional cost, estimated as necessary

Preventative Maintenance Cleaning

Performed annually as specified by the fireplace manufacturer. This cleaning and inspection maintenance enhances the appearance of your fireplace while verifying the equipment meets manufacturer's specifications.

Preventative Maintenance (P/M) Price List:

• $189.00 for preventative maintenance cleaning (one fireplace only)
• $159.00 for each additional fireplace in the same residence
• $219.00 for preventative maintenance cleaning on multi-sided fireplaces
